Since January 2023, we have had the Tetris cleanroom booth from the manufacturer Polin AC at our Reichenbach am Heuberg site. This cleanroom enables us to carry out virtually dust-free painting, including curing and drying. This protects particularly sensitive products for our clocks as well as external parts from harmful environmental influences. To this end, the personnel in the cleanroom are also bound by rules of conduct that stipulate the use of clearly defined protective clothing. Our punching shop consists of high-speed, knuckle-joint, eccentric, impact and deep-drawing presses. The maximum punching force is around 150 tons. We use progressive die tools, single tools and double punching tools. Our machine park also includes a Trumpf TruPunch 3000 punch-nipple machine.
