For decades, Hermle has been manufacturing high-precision pinions and gears that we need for the production of our movements. Over the years, the high quality of these turning parts has also made us a sought-after producer of intricate small and micro turning parts for numerous external customers.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and machine a wide variety of materials. Naturally, we offer all turning parts with all common surface finishes. We manufacture toothed parts such as gear wheels directly on our machines. Thanks to their high precision, we can produce these parts to a significantly higher quality than was previously possible.
We are now known far beyond the borders of the Swabian Alb - on the one hand for our precision and reliability, and on the other for our willingness to manufacture even difficult parts and realize individual wishes. The combination of experience, an innovative team and modern machinery makes us the ideal problem solver for many customers - even for complicated turning parts.
We also offer our customers assembly production. This means, for example, that we manufacture two individual turning parts and then join them together to form a single part. This service is becoming increasingly popular. The advantage for our customers is that everything is supplied from a single source - without the need for additional suppliers.

We machine a wide variety of materials and offer our customers all turnig parts with all known surface finishes. We attach great importance to quality, which starts with the purchase of the raw material.
During production, the processing of each individual material requires its own special approach. Thanks to our extensive experience and modern machinery, this is no problem. We manufacture with CNC lathes and can machine turning parts with diameters from 1 to 38 mm.

Based on the customer's design, we then manufacture sample parts or initial samples. After final approval by the customer, we start series production.
